Happily Ever Hobbs

We met while both of us were working for Budweiser in Mt. Pleasant. Initially he thought I was a goody-to-shoes and I thought he was a jerk. It turns out we were both too shy to talk to the other. Luckily our co-workers enjoyed razzing him enough that it broke the ice for us. Since then we've bought property outside of his home town of New London and have built a "shouse" until we put up a home. We've also enjoyed bringing home various animals for our funny farm.

For Valentine's weekend we both wanted to do something we love, together - snowmobiling. We decided to plan our first trip to Michigan since it had been on our bucket list for a while. As usual on our trips we stopped in a beautiful part of the trail to take pictures. After posing for our picture Jade got on one knee and asked me to be his best friend and snowmobiling partner forever and I shrieked YES loud enough to cause an avalanche. We're so excited to celebrate this next chapter in our lives with you.
