We met at a local bar called Rooster's. He brought me the largest container of Mac and Cheese from Chick Fil A and he got himself a combo meal. We talked for hours at that small bar, never wanting it to end. The bar was closing and we found ourselves at Waffle House and continued the conversation there. The next stop was Kum and Go. When I say we didn't want the night to end, we didn't. We drove back to Rooster's and he realized that my car was almost out of gas and that my tire pressure was low and being the gentlemen that he is, he filled them both up at the QT across the street. It was close to 3 o clock in the morning by this point and I ended up falling asleep on his shoulder in the parking lot. He stayed awake and made sure I was safe. After I woke up, we went our separate ways and promised we would see each other the next day. That first day we met was January 15th 2025 and we haven't spent a day apart since.
