The dress code for our wedding is fashion-forward formal attire. We prefer that everyone wears neutral or black color tones so the photos look cohesive (trust me, they will look amazing). An example of what to wear would be: Ladies - cocktail dress or a gown. Men - suit and tie or a sports coat. But most importantly, have fun with your outfit!
Since we’ve always dreamt of our wedding as one big party, we will have a mix of standing and seated tables to keep everyone moving and mingling! Our older guests will have assigned seating and will be notified prior to the wedding. There will be plenty of couches and open seating available for those who do not have assigned tables.
While we love the little ones, this will be an adults only event due to our rooftop venue and delicate decor not being very kid friendly. We want everyone to be able to relax and let loose! This will be a party environment. However, teenagers 15+ are welcome. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time so you can celebrate the big day with us!
Both the ceremony and reception will take place inside of the venue. Below is an outline to give you a better idea of how the day will flow: - Ceremony in the main ballroom - Cocktail hour on the balcony - Reception in the main ballroom
We strongly encourage you to take an Uber or Lyft to the venue, but if you would like to drive, parking is available and we are covering the cost. Just type “Ultimate Skybox” into your maps and it will take you directly there. Parking is immediately past the front entrance of the building on tenth avenue.
Just type “Ultimate Skybox” into your maps and it will take you directly there. Parking is immediately past the front entrance of the building on tenth avenue. Ubers and Lyfts will be able to drop you off right in front of the entrance. Once you are in the building, check into the security desk and let them know you are there for the Madrigal wedding. They will send you an elevator to the 15th floor. Let the memories begin!
Due to the capacity limits at our venue, we have a strict guest list. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. Please reach out to Jade or Braiten if there is a mistake and someone is missing on your RSVP page.
Since better rates can be found through a Google search, we did not reserve a room block. We do however recommend these hotels in the area: Hilton Bayfront Hotel, Hotel Republic, and Omni Hotel. Price varies on location. To reserve a room, we recommend searching through Google for the dates you’d like to say and booking either through the hotels website or another reliable site with lower rates such as Booking.com.
Everyone can RSVP online! Please do so before July 27th. Hope to see you all there!
Yes!
We are not registered anywhere for physical gifts and we prefer monetary gifts. If you’d prefer to contribute to our honeymoon or house funds, that can be done on the “Registry” tab on this website. Thank you all in advance!
We wanted to do our wedding a little differently, so instead of a seated dinner, we will have 3 server-attended food stations with different kinds of food at each station. From Bao tacos to pasta, we have you covered! Vegan, vegetarian and GF options will be available upon request.
The drinks are on us, the hangover is on you 😜
