Jade Napier and Alex Hanna first met as young teenagers in middle school. Throughout high school and freshman year of college, each studied apart but were always connected by warm smiles, a quick hello and an occasional "how in the world am I supposed to do this assignment" from Alex to Jade. A couple years after high school in 2019, Jade was dared by a friend to reach out to her long time crush. Alex was ecstatic to have a date after a brief 21 year dry spell. Although Jade was excited for the first date, she was just as excited to meet a cow. After a long, awkward but delicious dinner from Alex's mom, Jade got a tour of the farm and got to see all the cows. They enjoyed a beautiful sunset together as they quickly realized there was something special about their connection. After almost two years of countless dates, produce picking, baking cheesecakes, learning The Office episodes word for word, and growing in faith together, Alex decided it was time to lock Jade down. On February 24, Alex proposed to Jade at the Gazebo in White Sulphur Springs surrounded by thousands of lights, a dozen roses, our bible and all our friends. Without any hesitation, Jade said yes! Jade and Alex look forward to a future together where they can build a business, create new friendships and grow their new family all while serving and glorifying God. They look forward to celebrating their wedding day with you!
