What is the dress code?What is the dress code?

Answer

Formal Black Tie with a color code of black. This means black dresses, typically floor length. For men, black tuxedos or suits. We kindly request that all guests wear black to fit our color scheme and make our photos turn out timeless. Thank you!

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start promptly at 4:00pm. We kindly request that you arrive no later than 15-30 minutes prior to the start time. Please note that once the ceremony has commenced, late arrivals will not be permitted entry.

While we love all of the children in our lives, we have decided to keep our wedding ceremony and reception for adults only. We appreciate your understanding.

Answer

Unfortunately, we are only able to accommodate guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, there will be a place to share who your plus one will be when you RSVP. If you don't, please respect our wishes, as we're trying to keep our wedding as intimate as possible. Thank you for your understanding.

Is there parking at the venue?Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes, parking is available. The ceremony and reception will be taking place at the Benton Convention Center. An adjacent parking deck is available, directly connected to the venue; Current parking rates can be found on LazParking's website, though the standard rate is $2 per day. For guests staying at our recommended hotels, parking will be included with your accommodations, as the venue is within convenient walking distance.

Answer

RSVP deadline is March 31st, 2025. Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate you if you RSVP late. We must provide our vendors and venue exact numbers by a specific date. Please RSVP within the allotted time after the invitations are sent out.

Answer

If your plans change after submitting your RSVP, please notify us as soon as possible. While we would love to celebrate with you, it is important for us to have an accurate guest count to provide to our vendors. Your timely communication is greatly appreciated.
