We are so excited to celebrate with you in the beautiful Colorado mountains! Because we’ll be at a much higher elevation than many of you are used to, staying hydrated is the best way to ensure you feel your best. At high altitude, the air is thinner and much drier, which can lead to altitude sickness (headaches, fatigue, or dizziness) if you aren't careful. We recommend drinking twice as much water as you usually do, starting a day or two before you arrive. Also, keep in mind that "one drink" at sea level often feels like two up here, so please pace yourselves with the toasts so you can stay on the dance floor all night long!
Denver International Airport (DEN) is the closest airport. The hotel is approximately 30 minutes from DEN and easily accessible via taxi or rideshare. The Arrowhead Golf Club wedding venue is approximately 30 minutes from the hotel.

Friday Sep 25th: Welcome Dinner at Inverness Denver hotel in the Aspen Room 6:00-8:30pm MT. Saturday Sep 26th: Wedding ceremony at Arrowhead Golf Club, begins promptly at 4:30pm MT. Cocktail hour and reception will immediately follow. The evening is anticipated to wrap up around 11:00pm MT. Sunday Sep 27th: Buongiorno Brunch at Maggiano's Englewood, begins at 10am MT. Enjoy an assortment of breakfast foods before you travel home.
We cannot wait to celebrate with you on our special day! The wedding dress code is formal attire. Gentlemen: suits (tux optional). Ladies: midi length or long dresses preferred. The weather is typically warm and sunny in September; however, Denver can get cool in the evenings. Please consider bringing a wrap or light jacket for your comfort!
Our ceremony and reception will take place at Arrowhead Golf Club located at 10850 Sundown Trail, Littleton, CO 80125. For ease and safety for our guests a complimentary shuttle service will be provided to and from the wedding venue. The shuttle details will be provided in September!
Complimentary parking is available on-site for all wedding guests. Overnight parking is permitted, but all vehicles must be picked up by 10:00am MT the following day. We highly encourage guests to utilize the complementary shuttle service as well as carpooling, or designated drivers, as rideshare services (Uber/Lyft) may be intermittent.
The ceremony will start promptly at 4:30pm MT. Please arrive 30 minutes prior to get settled and find a seat!
Our afternoon ceremony will be outdoors. Guests will walk a paved pathway, but will need to step on grass briefly to take their seats. Cocktail hour will take place on the patio while the reception will be held in the Rox Room at Arrowhead. Should there be inclement weather, outdoor festivities will be moved indoors.
Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you would like to honor us with a gift, we created a registry that you can access via the 'Registry' tab on our wedding website. Gifts can be delivered to our home at 222 Whitehaven Circle, Highlands Ranch, CO 80129. A wedding card box will be available at our reception.
We kindly ask that you keep our wedding "unplugged" and refrain from taking photos or videos during the ceremony. We want our guests to truly be in the moment with us during this special day. Photos are welcome later at the reception! Please keep your snaps under wraps, as we’d like to be the first to share our picture as Mr & Mrs and kindly request no online posting until we’ve had the opportunity to share!
