We met in 2014 during our freshman year at Langston University through mutual friends. While getting to know each other, we discovered that we had the same major and a few classes together. Ever since 2014, our friendship grew and grew until the fall of 2018 when we started nursing school together. We grew close and became each other's bestfriend. We had many study sessions and bestfriend dates when we needed a break. We were determined to help each other get through nursing school. We had many adventures together throughout nursing school, making our relationship stronger than ever. August 9, 2019 we decided to turn our best friendship into a wonderful relationship. The best decision we ever made and brought us to where we are today. Looking back, we always wonder "what if we got in a relationship sooner", but we always remember "everything happens for a reason" and we are very happy where we are now.
