When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We kindly ask that you let us know of your plans by March 3, 2025. If you do not RSVP by the deadline, we will assume that you are unable to attend.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have organized a room block at the Hilton Miami Aventura. To secure your room at a discounted rate, you can use the link below to book directly online. Please note that if you are planning to take advantage of this special rate, be sure to complete your booking by April 9, 2025. https://www.hilton.com/en/attend-my-event/nicholasjadaweddingblock/ The Courtyard Miami Aventura Mall is a 2-minute walk from our venue. There are also Airbnb options in the Aventura and Sunny Isles areas.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Black-Tie Preferred Men have the choice of wearing a tuxedo or a dark suit. If opting for a suit, it should be paired with a tie or bowtie, a collared dress shirt, and appropriate formal shoes. The overall look should still exude sophistication. Ladies can choose between a formal evening gown, a sophisticated cocktail dress, or a chic, dressy ensemble. Accessories should be sophisticated and polished. The choices, while flexible, should align with our event’s ambiance. We can't wait to see you dressed to impress in your very best when we say 'I do!'

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Our goal is to keep our very special day as intimate as possible. Our wedding is strictly by invitation only and we will only be able to accommodate those listed on your formal wedding invitation. Are kids welcome?

Answer

Although we love to watch your children run and play, this is going to be an adults only kind of day. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

Answer

Our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all be held indoors.

Answer

The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will take place at Hilton Miami Aventura.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

As this is a destination wedding for many guests, we want you to feel relaxed while on vacation! To prevent feeling rushed, we suggest an arrival time of 4:45 pm. Our nuptials will begin promptly at 5:00 pm.

What if I move?

Answer

We want to ensure you receive all of our wedding related materials. In the event that you relocate, please share your most up to date address with Jada or Nicholas.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We are so grateful for your love and support. While your presence is the only gift we need, we truly appreciate any additional gestures of kindness. We are registered on Zola and Amazon. If you'd like more information on our registries, please click the 'Registry' tab on our website.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Of course! We want all of our guests to enjoy a delicious meal. You may include any food allergies or dietary restrictions when submitting your RSVP.
