We know many of our guests will be traveling from out of town, while others may choose to stay nearby for convenience. Our venue has provided several lodging recommendations to help with planning.
While we are happy to arrange hotel room blocks, we first need to know who will require accommodations and where guests plan to stay. This will allow us to make the most thoughtful arrangements possible.
For everyone’s safety and comfort, we will be providing shuttle transportation to and from the venue. Transportation will be coordinated based on where the majority of guests are staying. Please note that the venue is located on dark roads, and rideshare services such as Uber may be limited and not ideal.
When you RSVP, please let us know where you plan to stay. This information will help us coordinate lodging options and transportation so everyone can travel safely and comfortably.
