Groom
Josh is a very unique and caring person, he loves to joke around and always sees the best in everyone he meets. He truly brings out the best in people, especially in his soon to be wife, Jada. Josh will always be there when you need him whether that be emotionally or physically to fix anything he can. Jada was very independent before him even when it came to fixing her vehicles...and now he does it all for her but makes sure to teach her along the way. That is another thing about Josh, anything he works on Jada is by his side ready to learn about it and he is very patient. Josh and Jada met while in college though not through college. They lived only a floor apart and never crossed paths. It was not until a mutual friend was moving away that they met. Jada had gone out that night to simply hangout with her friend she was not interested in meeting any boys, but Josh changed that from the moment they met. Josh is always down for a good time and will always be there to listen and support you. He enjoys everything outdoors so much that it is even his major in college. Strike up a conversation about that, sports, or cars/trucks and you will be talking to him all night. A few of Jada's favorite memories with Josh are road trips (of which there have been many), taking an ice fishing trip to Lake of the Woods, and just hanging out talking and doing nothing.

Bride
Jada is the most beautiful girl that Josh has ever met. Jada and Josh met in college through a mutual friend (Brooke Limesand, now Sparby). It took some convincing but eventually Josh had gotten Jada to talk to Josh at the bar for Brooke's going away party. Once that happened the rest was history. Josh asked her on a date after a night of talking in her pickup. She accepted, although he had fallen asleep two days later for five hours watching UFC, leaving her to think he was not interested anymore. He was. Jada is beautiful, inside and out. If you need someone to talk to she is there, if you want to have a few drinks with someone she's down, or even if you want to just hangout and not say a single word, she's okay with that too. A few of Josh's favorite memories with her are the day they met, they day they got engaged, soon to be the day they got married, but also not excluding teaching her how to shoot bow, fishing with her, usually out fishing him, and sitting down and just watching TV shows or talking about their day. She does have a nickname from Josh's friend group, Juda, so she will respond to that and her name.
Jeff Johnson
Father of the Groom
Jeff isn't a man of many words, but when he doesn't just grunt at you, he is a hell of a character. He is full of laughter, good jokes, and fun times. Some of his hobbies include fishing, side by siding, and spending time with his family and friends. He also enjoys working on many different projects like building trailers and fish houses, welding, and home improvement projects that his wife comes up with. Jeff is a family man as well, when it comes to his family, he will make sure he can do everything he can so they will succeed and be alright.
Josh Hecht
Father of the Bride
Josh, not only does he have a great name, but he is a great person. Josh has a passion for the outdoors and has passed that down to his kids. He usually gets out fished by his daughter, Jada. Josh's favorite things include fishing, riding his Honda Talon with his wife Vicki or mother-in-law, working on any of his many trucks, and spending time with his family and friends. Josh will also make sure his family has everything they need for a safe travel to wherever they may be off to, if he thinks you need an extra ratchet strap on your trailer, you will be getting one. If you are ever hungry at Josh’s house, fear not as he will always have bacon ready to be cooked.
Heidi Johnson
Mother of the Groom
Heidi is one of the most caring people you will ever meet. Unlike her husband Jeff, if she has had a few she will talk your ear off. Heidi enjoys ice fishing, side by siding and spending time with her big family and friends. She never got to have a daughter so naturally Jada is the favorite child now and Heidi and Jada enjoy teaming up against the boys when playing any card games as well as spending time together without the boys. Heidi really loves to play bingo, and it seems that she always has the lucky horseshoe when it comes to winning.
Vicki Hecht
Mother of the Bride
Vicki really should have been the person behind the camera in Josh and Jada's wedding, as she will probably take about 1,000 pictures on the special day. She is a very thoughtful and loving person who cares deeply and who will always be there when you need someone to talk to. Her love for life and adventures with family is contagious and she can always make you laugh. She enjoys being with family and friends, fishing, and riding side by side.
Trevor Shoutz
Best Man
Trevor is a cousin to Josh. He chose Trevor to be the best man in his wedding because they have been friends since they were babies. Being that Trevor was older he did a lot of things before Josh got to. So whatever Trevor did, Josh had to do as well. Their bond formed from many years of hanging out at each other's parents' house in the summer and on the weekends during the school year. Trevor, just like his younger brother Ryan is proud to be a ginger and when his hair is long, he's got a killer 'fro.
Alyssa Lang
Maid of Honor
Alyssa is a good friend to Jada and Josh. Jada chose Alyssa to be her Maid of Honor because if she ever needs someone to be there for her Alyssa is there. Those two always have fun when they hang out, whether that be plant shopping, kayaking, or just listening to some tunes (probably on Josh's speaker) and cleaning. She has a spunky personality, is outgoing once you get to know her, loves to fish (she also out fishes Keegan) and will always be there if you need to talk. Alyssa has many nicknames in Jada and Josh's friend group, including Alice, Alan, and Crazy Plant Lady.
David (DJ) Floersch
Groomsman
Dave is a friend of Josh's, they met in Bemidji their freshman year in college. DJ and Josh would hang out pretty much every day, whether that be exploring the wilderness in the Bemidji, trying new lakes to fish, or skipping class to play Rocket League. DJ and Josh have been roommates in every college house that they have lived in. DJ has been there for a few of Josh's bests, like best years duck hunting, best years fishing and even the best years of college (education wise). DJ is very passionate about the outdoors, he is an avid hunter, of all kinds and it is a dream of his to go elk and moose hunting. He just recently got into trapping and got his trapping certificate and is spending time looking for any spot he can access to hunt and trap. DJ is not in fact single and ready to mingle.
Keegan Hecht
Groomsman
Keegan is Jada's younger brother, although he would probably claim Josh over Jada now. Keegan and Josh enjoy spending time together, whether it be fishing, talking about sports, or getting lost on their way back from Red Lake and winding up in Redby. Obviously, Keegan and Jada have a lot of memories together being they grew up together. But some highlights are Jada out fishing Keegan on any lake at any time, the time the TV stand blew up, or staying up late playing "tanks" on the wii. Keegan along with his girlfriend Alyssa has a few nicknames within the friend group, such as Big Shooter, Kegs, or Shoots.
Allie Lang
Bridesmaid
Allie is a good friend of Jada's; she is also the sister to Alyssa. Allie is an outgoing person and will be in the competition of loudest in the room at Josh and Jada's wedding. Allie and Josh will also be competing for the deafest person in the room. Allie's heart is very big, she cares about the people that are close to her very much, she will include anyone, even if it is her first time meeting them. Jada and Allie have spent a lot of time together since they have the same cousin, Kadin, they enjoy picking on Jada's dad, drinking busch light and hanging around fires.
Kadin Stromberg

Kadin is a cousin to Jada, Keegan, Alyssa and Allie. When Josh and Jada started dating, Josh kind of figured Kadin was going to be a prick. Turns out Josh’s initial instinct was correct. Just, kidding Kadin is a very kind, caring and passionate person in things he cares about, his family being one of the biggest things in that regard. Kadin and Josh have many memories together, whether that being crushing busch lights, riding ATV (Josh rolling Kadin's), or times that they have fished together. Kadin along with his cousins has a few nicknames, including, Peanut, Walnut, and Acorn.
Kiley Dustman

Kiley is a friend of Jada's, they met through work in Bemidji at a nursing home. They may not have known each other for a long time, but when they met, they clicked, and it seemed like they had known each other for an eternity. Kiley has a huge heart, is very smart and has a great personality. If there is a gluten free option at Josh and Jada's wedding blame her. Kiley and Jada started hanging out after work which drove Josh nuts, because there was some random person he hasn't met at his house, but now Josh likes when her and her boyfriend come over, or going over to their place to hang out.
Levi Miller

Levi might have started off as a very close friend of Keegan, then Jada, but also now Josh. Levi is a very fun, caring and pleasant person to be around. Levi and Josh have made some memories together through the time that Josh and Jada have been dating. Including, but not limited to, spending nights around fires at Jada's parents house, inventing a drinking game (Beersack), or dancing to Cotton Eyed Joe, crushing beer cans. Both Jada and Josh cannot wait to make many more memories with Levi and are excited to have him as a a part of their wedding.
Rachel Tooze
Bridesmaid
Rachel is a friend of Jada's, more like sisters growing up. Rachel and Jada played sports in high school together, including volleyball and softball. They also went swimming together whenever they could find time, but if they weren't swimming or playing sports they would hang out at each other's parent's houses. At Rachels dad's house, her dad would make "big sandwiches" which they both would enjoy so much (Jada had considered having him cater these "big sandwiches" at their wedding). Rachel has a big heart and if you need to talk to anyone she would be there in a heartbeat. If you catch her eating only the salad at Jada and Josh's wedding, it's not because the meat is bad, she's just a weird vegetarian.
Noah (Hank) Shenkle

Noah is a friend of Josh's, much like DJ, Hank and Josh lived on the same dorm floor and were many years roommates in their college houses. They formed a bond over hunting, fishing and just a love for the outdoors. Hank had just got married in June of 2024 and had Josh be a groomsman in his wedding. Hank is a kind hearted person, who is very passionate about plumbing, fishing, his friends and especially his wife, Savannah. Some of Josh's favorite memories of Hank are when he tipped the kayak while simultaneously shooting a duck, being there when Hank shot his first deer, or exploring the wilderness checking beaver traps.
Savanah Shenkle
Bridesmaid
Savannah is a friend of both Jada and Josh. Josh met Savannah in the dorms like Hank and DJ as they lived on the same floor. Once Jada and Josh started dating it was imminent that Jada and Savannah would be friends. Jada and Savannah had spent plenty of time together planning Savannah and Hank's wedding while drinking wine, or painting nights, or when everyone was hanging out in one place watching Yellowstone having a sushi and wine night. Savannah has a passion for the outdoors, has taught Hank everything he knows about hunting bear and trapping, she has a big heart for both people and animals, and is a very good cook.
Rhyan Lindsey

Ryan (with an H) started as a coworker of Josh's at Northwest Tire in Bemidji, but turned into one of Josh's best friends. Since they have known each other, Josh has taught Rhyan a lot about both fishing and hunting as those are two things they enjoy doing together other than working on cars, small engines or motorcycles. Rhyan is a great person who cares deeply about other people, likes to have fun, but for some reason is scared to dance. Some of Josh's favorite memories with Rhyan are disc golfing, swimming in Lake Bemidji, and playing darts. P.S. ladies he's single
Brooke Sparby
Bridesmaid
Brooke, originally known as Brooke Limesand, is a mutual friend of Jada and Josh. Jada and Brooke met at a Rugby party as Brooke had played intramural Rugby at Bemidji State and Jada had roommates that also played. Josh and Brooke had met through a different mutual friend of theirs and clicked after that. Brooke was very accepting of both Jada and Josh. Brooke's going away party was kind of the only reason Jada and Josh had met. They both obviously remember that night very well. But In that time they had went bar hopping with Brooke and some other friends the first night and then in the "morning" they went tubing on Lake Bemidji. Both Jada and Josh are a part of Brookes wedding in September, 2024
Rubin Herrera
Usher
Rubin is Josh's brother and soon to be Jada's brother-in-law. When the couples parents first met and toasted the new couple Rubin added on "Yeah, until they break up." Boy was he wrong on that prediction. Rubin enjoys riding his side by side, the snowmobiles and playing video games all day. He is very quick witted so if you are giving him crap, expect some back. If you can't find him at the wedding, he will be at one of the tables playing on his phone.

Ryan is Josh's cousin, and yes, his hair is in fact that red. He takes pride in him being a ginger, his work ethic and his family. He is a very caring person and will try to make everyone feel welcomed. That is why he was chosen as an usher. His hobbies are hunting, fishing, and hanging out with his immediate and extended family. P.S. ladies he is single
Travis Lubrant
Usher
Travis is a friend of both Josh and Jada, they all met through a mutual friend in college (not at the same time). Josh was roommates with Travis the year after meeting him. Travis is a one-of-a-kind guy. He unlike Josh's dad is a talker. Travis will talk to you about anything and everything even if it is his first time meeting you. Travis has a passion for the outdoors, is one of the best fisherman that both Jada and Josh know and is kind enough to bring you out if you are interested. Jada and Josh chose Travis to be an usher because he is a friend they could always go to when they wanted to hangout, talk about stuff or do anything outdoors. Both Jada and Josh are honored and excited to have Travis be a part of their big day.
Erica Paige

Erica is Jada's cousin, she is one of the most caring and welcoming people you will ever meet...but she is also very loyal and sticks up for those she cares about. She has been there for Jada ever since she moved up to Bemidji whether it be a homemade meal, giving her a place to stay when college was tough, or just hanging out. She is an animal lover and has a variety of pets from cats (even hairless ones), dogs, ferrets, chinchillas and a hedgehog. She is truly an amazing person and Josh and Jada are honored to have her be a part of their special day.

The Finster is Josh's godson, he is a rambunctious kid that will make everyone in the room smile. Some of his favorite things are playing with his dog Judy, riding his four-wheeler, competing with his younger brother Barrett, and watching movies on the projector outside. Uncle Josh and Auntie Jada are both looking forward to seeing him dressed up and dancing his butt off on their special day.

Beary is a little prankster, his smile is contagious and like his brother, Finley, he can light up a room just by being himself.
