What is your address?

Answer

You may have noticed 2 different addresses on the envelopes of your Save the Date and Invitation. We moved halfway through wedding planning and some documents were updated and others were not. Our address is as follows: 7195 Crossbuck Point Bldg 7, Apt 102 Colorado Springs, CO 80915

What should I wear?

Answer

Use our wedding as an excuse to dress your best, whatever that may look like for you! The attire is not strict, however we do strongly suggest at least semi-formal attire. We suggest men wear a suit or dress shirt in either neutral colors or in line with the color scheme. We suggest women wear a knee length dress or longer, or a dressy pantsuit in either neutral colors or in line with the color scheme.

What will the weather be this time of year?

Answer

Wisconsin weather is notorious for being unpredictable. We expect temperatures to be in the 50's. However, we recommend guests be prepared in the event of unexpected weather such as unseasonable lows, highs, rain, or snow. Packing an extra jacket in your vehicle is encouraged.

Where should I stay?

Answer

For those of you who are coming in from out of town, thank you! We understand you will make the best decision for you, but we do recommend you find a hotel of your choosing in Waunakee or Middleton (If you would like easier access to Madison). If you would like to rent a vehicle or utilize Uber, that is up to your discretion. If you would like us to connect you with a guest that lives locally and has access to a vehicle, we would be happy to!

When is the RSVP deadline? Do I need to mail back my RSVP or can I do it online?

Answer

Our reception vendor requires a final count by March 27th, 2025. You can RSVP right here on our wedding website! *If you cannot attend, please RSVP “Not Attending”

Where will the reception take place?

Answer

The reception will be at Grace Coffee Shop located inside The Mill in Waunakee, WI.

Will the reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our reception will have an indoor area with tables, food, and drinks. It will also boast a grassed outdoor area with games, more seating, and beautiful lights. Keep in mind, the outdoor area is uncovered.

Where should guests park? Is parking free?

Answer

Reception parking is free and located directly outside the venue.

Why doesn't my invitation have a ceremony location?

Answer

Due to limitations at our ceremony venue those who are to be in attendance of the ceremony will have the location included on their invitation, we hope you understand.

How do I get to the wedding venue?

Answer

Simply enter "The Mill" into your preferred navigation app. Just be sure it is the one located in Waunakee!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We are asking guests to arrive at the reception location by 5:00pm.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love children, but in order to keep our celebration intimate, the only children invited are those listed on the invitation. We hope you understand, and we truly appreciate your support in making our special day as memorable as possible for everyone.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

In an effort to keep things intimate and to stay on budget, plus ones are only being offered to select guests. If you're unsure, feel free to contact us. We appreciate your understanding!

Will there be food and drinks during cocktail hour?

Answer

Given that this is a dry wedding, there will not be alcohol available. However, there will be mocktails and non-alcoholic beers. We are planning to have hors d'oeuvres available.

Will dinner be served at the reception? What kind of food?

Answer

Yes, dinner will be served at the reception. We have yet to make final decisions on the menu.

Will there be any vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, or special diet options?

Answer

Please let us know if you have any dietary preferences and/or restrictions. We will do our best to honor your request and will follow-up on whether or not we are able to.

Where are you registered?

Answer

We are so thankful you will be joining us for this celebration of our love. While gifts are not expected, we have registered for a few items for those wishing to purchase a gift. You can find our registry here, on our website.

Should I bring a gift to the venue?

Answer

Your attendance at our wedding is already a gift — physical gifts are absolutely not necessary! If you do choose to browse our wedding registry, however, any items on the list can be shipped directly to our home address.

Will transportation be provided to and from the hotel, ceremony and reception?

Answer

We are leaving hotels and transportation up to the discretion of the guests. If there are any challenges with transportation feel free to reach out and we will assist you in coming up with a solution.

Do you have any recommendations for where to eat, points of interest or things to do?

Answer
