we only ask that everyone looks nice women dresses or dress slacks/nice shirts men jeans/ dress pants and a dress shirt. we want our professional photos to look nice. ABSOLUTLEY no holes in your pants. DONT show up looking like you just rolled out of bed please. we will have pictures taken the whole time!! ceremony/reception so please dress for the occasion
Unplugged means all phones are to be turned off and left in your vehicles/pockets as long as they are turned off. we don't want any distractions/ unnecessary noises. we want everyone to be in the moment and enjoying our ceremony as this is a once in a life event. no exceptions if you cant follow this rule than we don't need you at our event.
ONLY if you can keep them quite without electronics. our ceremony is UNPLUGGED which means no phones/electronics. If you think your child will be loud, causing a scene or running around even if its the smallest doubt that they will do these LEAVE THEM AT HOME. we want everyone to be present in the moment and have a beautiful ceremony without kids screaming and causing a scene
personally i would think no after the dinner is done as there will be alcohol once the party starts but if you aren't drinking and still want to come to the reception you are more than welcome but your child is your responsibility. the reception is going to be a party where everyone can drink/cut loose. use your own judgement on if you want your kid there after dinner service time by kids i mean younger like toddlers and the ones you have to keep a constant eye on so there is no confusion.
AT RECEPTION ONLY! we ask everyone bring their own cooler with what you like to drink adult wise. as everyone likes something different! we will have some stock but if you are particular BYOB! all coolers will have to be placed behind the food island as there are some under age this protects me and airen as we are RESPONSIBLE for our venue.

we will be taking some pictures after but our venue will be hosting a cocktail hour with some drinks and snack foods. when we are done taking pictures we will be playing some wedding games/ have everyone seated in their assigned tables. and slowly bring out the dinner after the games are done. then it will be party time till send off!
i will have a table set up with board games if dancing isn't your thing. but we would love for people to dance as we are paying a lot of money for it :)
we do not want people drinking and driving from our event. I am working on having some people available to drive people home if need to be you just have to pitch in some money for gas if you will need a ride. probably $10-$15 just depends on how far I'm sure but this is TO BE DETERMINED! until we make a post about this don't rely on it.
