Please RSVP and secure your booking with a deposit by April 9, 2026.
Please fly into Cancun International Airport (CUN). The resort is approximately 40–60 minutes from the airport.
After submitting your room request through our booking link, you’ll receive an automatic confirmation email. Please reply to that email right away and let the travel team know which upgraded room category you’d like. They will check availability and pricing with the resort. If the room is available, they will secure it for you and confirm your reservation.
Our wedding events will be adults-only, with the exception of the children who are directly participating in the wedding party. We completely understand that many of our guests may choose to travel with their children, and they are welcome to join the trip; however, we kindly ask that alternative childcare arrangements be made during the wedding events (for example, bringing a grandparent or arranging a sitter).
Due to limited capacity, plus ones are only included if they are listed on your invitation. At this time, we are only able to extend additional invitations to spouses for our wedding events. Invitees are welcome to bring a guest to stay at the resort; however, attendance at our wedding events is reserved for those listed on the invitation.
Our ceremony and cocktail hour will take place on a rooftop terrace, and the reception will be held at a private poolside venue. Both events will be outdoors, so please plan for warm weather and sunshine.
Most U.S. carriers offer international plans that include Mexico, but we recommend checking with your provider ahead of time to confirm coverage, activate any necessary plans, and avoid unexpected roaming charges. WiFi is available throughout the resort, and we suggest downloading WhatsApp for easy and quick communication while in Mexico.
The resort accepts U.S. dollars and credit cards, but small bills for tips are appreciated.
If you are traveling alone and would be interested in sharing a room, please let us know. We can connect guests who are open to room sharing; however, final arrangements will need to be coordinated directly between guests.
Welcome Party Attire: Resort Chic Polished yet relaxed in warm-weather fabrics. Tropical colors are encouraged — bonus points for something blue! Women: Flowy dresses or colorful sets with dressy sandals or block heels. Men: Linen button-downs with slacks or loafers (no tie required).
Please dress in cocktail attire suitable for warm weather. We encourage tropical colors, vibrant hues, and lightweight fabrics to complement our rooftop ceremony and poolside reception in Mexico. For comfort, we recommend block heels, wedges, or dressy sandals. We kindly ask that white be reserved for the bride.
