Durango Hot Springs Resort & Spa

One of our favorite places to relax and unwind. Highly recommend going for a soak! You'll need to make a reservation before you go.

Animas River Trail & Greenway

A beautiful walking path in town that runs alongside the Animas River. You can rent bikes to ride along the path or simply enjoy a peaceful walk.

Skyline Trailhead

One of our favorite hikes close to town with a beautiful overlook of the valley.

Church Camp Trail

This is our favorite walking trail—just under 15 minutes from town—nestled in a stunning valley. It also happens to be an archaeological site dating back 1,500 to 2,500 years, from the Ancestral Pueblo Basketmaker period.

Million Dollar Highway

The Million Dollar Highway is a 25-mile stretch of U.S. Route 550 in western Colorado, connecting Silverton to Ouray. This scenic byway winds its way through the breathtaking San Juan Mountains.

Durango & Silverton Narrow Gauge Railroad

Spur Line Trail
