Answer

Hello family and friends. As we all know, we are in a global pandemic. When we began planning our destination wedding for 2022 (in 2020), we were hoping we wouldn’t have to worry about COVID and the mandates. Unfortunately, COVID is still here, hasn’t gotten much better, and restrictions have been ever changing for the past year, including masks, testing, vaccines. With that, there is always the possibility our destination wedding may be cancelled and/or rescheduled at the last minute, as we do not know what COVID has in store for the next 6 months. With that being said, we want to make sure everyone knows there will be no hard feelings if you decide you do not want to take the risk and do not attend the wedding. If you are okay with the risk, we encourage you to add the travel insurance when booking your room and flight. There are a couple different options the travel agent can go over with you (full cash refund or full travel credit).
