For two people who waited what felt like a lifetime for the right person. What a journey it has been for two people who are so much the same as they are different. One, a type A personality. The other, a solid B. We’ll leave it up to you to decide who is who. So much of our lives had been dedicated to our schooling and career. So much so that it seemed nearly impossible to meet the right person to share our lives with. Thank goodness for online dating… and Jacqui’s 100-mile radius setting. After exchanging a few messages about our common love for Italian cuisine and red wine, we made plans to meet up in Boston where our story began. For our first date. For a very punctual person, it’s hard to believe Jacqui was late enough for Mike to believe he was being stood up (we'll blame it on traffic...). When she finally arrived, Mike was patiently sitting at the bar with two glasses of red wine and an appetizer. To be honest, neither can recall what it was… but it was delicious. They proceeded to eat and drink their way through a few of Back Bay's hidden gems. They knew right away they found something special. Thank you all for celebrating our love. We feel so lucky to have found each other. We both have so much love and commitment to our families, deeply value and cherish our friendships (Mike only has a few friends… right Timmy?), share a drive and dedication to our work, have a zest for travel and adventure and have a strong appreciation for good food and drinks. We are so excited to create more memories with our closest friends and family celebrating our story in this beautiful mountain oasis!
