When should I RSVP by?

December 1st, this helps us with our seating arrangements!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Starting at 4:30 the doors will be open. The ceremony starts at 5pm!

Is the museum open to guests?

Answer

Yes! The museum open at 10:00 a.m. to the public on January 24th, and guests are welcome to explore free of charge on the day of the wedding. We encourage you to arrive early, enjoy the exhibits, and then make your way to the gazebo by 4:30 p.m. to be seated for the 5:00 p.m. ceremony.

Is there a dress code?

Formal attire. Think polished and elegant—one step below black tie.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We truly wish we could celebrate with everyone, but due to venue space and our desire to keep the day intimate, we are only able to accommodate the guests listed on your invitation. Thank you for understanding—we can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There will be no shuttle service from the hotels, but the Bryan Museum offers on-site parking for guests who choose to drive.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

The Bryan Museum has a parking lot on-site as well as overflow parking across the street. Clear signage will be posted to direct guests to the correct location.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Kids are warmly welcome! If a seat for your child is included, you’ll see them listed on your invitation. Please kindly do not bring any additional guests or children who are not RSVP’d for, as seating is limited.

Do I bring a gift to the wedding?

Answer

Your presence is the greatest gift! If you wish to honor us with a gift, we gratefully welcome contributions through our registry or envelopes/cards on the wedding day.
