Question

Will there be COVID-19 protocols in place?

Answer

We are watching and following all guidelines put in place by the state of Wisconsin and the venues. Currently, masks will be required in the church and in the reception venue for those that are not vaccinated.

Question

What is the weather like in Door County in May?

Answer

Daily high temperatures in May can range from 57°F to 68°F, rarely falling below 46°F or exceeding 79°F. While the reception is not lakefront a cool breeze can be felt.

Question

Will Northern Haus (the reception venue) be open before 5:00 pm?

Answer

Unfortunately, no Northern Haus will not be open for wedding guests before 5:00 pm. The staff will be busy setting up the reception for us to enjoy the rest of the night. We recommend taking a walk down to the water, grab a drink on a patio, or relaxing for the dance party later!

Question

Are Uber or Lyft Available in Door County

Answer

Yes, both ridesharing programs are beginning to become available in Door County. However, cars sometimes are very limited as both programs just recently started in Door County. Plan / book your car ahead of time if possible.
