When should I RSVP by?

Is there a dress code?

We know you can clean up pretty good, so dress to impress in your best formal attire.

Is it okay to take photos and videos during the ceremony?

Answer

We have incredible photographers that will be capturing our day and ask that you please refrain from taking photos/videos during the ceremony. We would love an unplugged ceremony, and ask that you be present in the moment with us.

Are children welcome?

Answer

As much as we love your little ones, we are only able to accommodate the children in our wedding party. We hope you understand and enjoy your night away!

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Ceremony, cocktail hour, and the reception will all be held inside the Rutledge!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that you arrive 30 minutes before the start of our ceremony.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

No. Our main hotel block is directly across the street from the Rutledge. There are various other locations to stay nearby, accessible by foot or ride services.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Guests staying at Canopy by Hilton have parking accessible at Studio Park(ing) garage. Other guests are encouraged to park at that garage as well due to proximity, but there is also street parking available. The venue will have the front entrance roped off for drop off of guests. No valet service.
