7.4.17 You could say we first met on Bus #13 in elementary school. But the real story starts on the Fourth of July in 2017. Mike was home from Chicago to visit family and friends and there were plenty of parties happening on “the Cliff” in Scituate. We found ourselves at the same party and spent the evening catching up, laughing, and dancing. Jackie would end up traveling out to Chicago a few weeks later during some time off. The rest is history.

11.20.21 The weekend before we were expected to close on our condo, Mike had Firecake Donuts secretly delivered from Chicago to celebrate the occasion. These donuts were a staple on our weekend walks along the river in Chicago. The real surprise would be an extra “donut” in the center of the box. When Jackie went looking for her favorite old-fashioned donut, she found a whole lot more than expected. She said “Yes” and we were well on our way to really settling down in Boston. We're so excited to celebrate this next chapter in our lives with you. See you on the Cape!
