Claire and Jackie lived together for junior and senior years of college and have ensured our friendship has lasted throughout all of the life changes we've both experienced post-college. Jackie told Claire she was going to marry Justus early in their sophomore year and is so happy to share this stage of life with her.

Justus and Garret have an incredible brotherly bond and are both happy to be each other's best men recently. Garret being the older brother was a role model and set the path for Justus to follow often lending guidance and brotherly advice on all manners of things from school to music.

Claire Girardeau stands out as one of the most kind people Jackie initially interacted with freshman year at DU. We also got much closer sophomore year as we worked on a yearlong project to improve mental health in middle schoolers. Jackie knew Claire had a heart of gold when she proposed this project purpose and loved spending time with her throughout the years of college. And Jackie needs that kindness and friendship even more "in the real world"!
Billy Pelger

Justus and Billy were classmates and section mates at USMMA together and bonded especially over their time "at sea" - which was really just a ship in port in Alameda, CA for 55 days. They enjoyed getting cheap seats to baseball games, talking about engineering and cars, and having someone else to be stuck with. Billy is a great friend to Justus and Justus can always rely on him for some amazing stories from his deployments with the NAVY.

Junior year or so, all the friends were hanging out and somehow Jackie got to talking about Justus and someone joked about them getting married and Camryn said "I call being third most-important bridesmaid." Well Camryn, you have manifested your destiny! Jackie loves this story because it is quintessentially Camryn. She knows what she wants and she lets everyone know and she works for it. Camryn inspires Jackie with her ambition and candor and Jackie is thrilled she wanted to be a part of this and now finally is!
CJ Gates

CJ and Justus are the younger of the cousin-brother pairs which created a strong bond between them since their older brothers were busy being "first-born". CJ is always there for Justus whether its talking about Colorado sports teams, the great outdoors, or country music to name a few. CJ has been a brotherly figure for Justus from the beginning especially since the two are closest in age.
Mackenzie Comstock

Mackenzie is Jackie's sister-in-law to-be. Having grown up with all brothers, the concept of having a sister is exciting and the reality that we get to share our weddings together is even more special. Mackenzie brings a sense of joy to every room, Jackie can tell from how her brother talks about her and whenever he is in the same room as her. Jackie can't wait to have some of that joy to herself on her wedding day and promises to reciprocate when Mackenzie marries her brother too!
John Gates

John and Justus were always paired together in every backyard sporting event. John, the eldest of the four cousins, was always the tallest so was naturally paired with Justus, the youngest. The dynamic duo paired off against Garret and CJ on multiple occasions; golf, shooting pool, even cornhole. John has always been there for Justus in whatever endeavor, taking him to his first country concerts when he was younger to hunting trips. John has been a brotherly figure for Justus from the beginning.
