Is there a dress code?

Answer

Mountain chic- Our wedding is at an outdoor campground. We invite guests to dress comfortably yet polished- think dressy casual. Walking through various terrain (grass, dirt, gravel trails) will be necessary, so plan footwear accordingly. Please bring layers as the evenings will be cold.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We are so happy to celebrate with our friends and family! If your invitation includes 'and Guest,' please feel free to bring a plus one. We ask that you not bring anyone not included on your invitation.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is not enough parking at the venue to accommodate all of our guests. We will provide a shuttle to and from the ceremony and reception.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, there is a shuttle that will run from various pick up points near where most of our guests are staying. Shuttle schedule: 2:15pm pick up at Best Western Jamie, Rachel, Nevaeh, Jayden Steve and Laura Deion and Taeru Alex and Eric Ryan and Sophia Judith and Henrietta 2:15pm Shuttle pick up at The Surf Hotel Audra, James, Cynthia, Chris Patty, Joe, Hazel Marissa and Peter Nick, Lauren, Oliver, River Francesca and Nick 2:40pm Pick up at parking lot at Railroad and Main Michelle, Jason, Viola Kait, Matt, Levi Celestina and Tyler Philip, Lorena, Alejandro Dina and Michael Mika, Seth, Cruz, Avery, Lucas Bruce, Yvette, Adam Sean Sarah Hannah, Xavier, Xavier jr, Theo, Sienna Shuttle pick up from venue will be 9-11:30pm

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

We will have gluten free and vegetarian options for our guests. If there are other food allergies, please notify the couple and they will try to accommodate.
