PLEASE NOTE: It is possible that you will have to cross the Dingmans Ferry bridge to get to the area. This bridge is a privately owned CASH ONLY bridge - the toll is $2 each way.

When will I receive my invitation?

Answer

Invitations were sent on May 14. If you received a Save the Date but have not yet received your invitation, please contact Corey or Jacquelyn. You can also RSVP by going to the "RSVP" tab above and entering your information.

When is my RSVP due?

Answer

RSVPs are due promptly by August 15. We kindly request that you RSVP, even if you assume we already know you are coming or if you are unable to join us.

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code for this event is cocktail attire with a garden party vibe. Jackets for men are not required. As the entire event will be outdoors, we recommend selecting footwear that would allow you to easily walk over grass. (Stillettos not recommended - a flat, chunky heel, or wedge would be a better choice.) Color is encouraged!

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

There are space limitations at our venue, so we request that you do not RSVP for more individuals than indicated on your invitation. Please be advised that we are unable to invite children outside of our immediate family to our wedding. We hope that the advance notice means you are still able to attend.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

A block of rooms with a discounted rate of $269 plus taxes and fees has been reserved at the Best Western Hunts Landing. Please see the "Accommodations" section on this website for more information or alternative hotel options. For our wilder or more budget-conscious guests, camping will be available on our property. If you would like to exercise this option, please reach out to Corey or Jacquelyn directly.

Will there be transportation?

Answer

We will be providing a shuttle for our guests staying in the area. The shuttle schedule is as follows: Getting to the wedding: 4:00 PM - Shuttle arrives at the Best Western Matamoras 4:15 PM - Shuttle departs from the Best Western Matamoras 4:30 PM - Shuttle arrives at the Tom Quick Inn (we suggest guests staying at the Hotel Faulchere or La Posada take the brief walk to Tom Quick if they would like to use this shuttle.) 4:35 PM - Shuttle departs from the Tom Quick Inn Departing the Wedding: 10:15 PM - First shuttle departs from Marie Zimmerman Farm - stops will be made at Tom Quick Inn & Best Western Matamoras 11:30 PM - Second shuttle departs from Marie Zimmerman Farm - stops will be made at Tom Quick Inn, Best Western Matamoras, & Corey and Jacquelyn's home

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes! If you are driving yourself, there is plenty of parking available onsite. Please note that there are no Ubers or taxis in our area, so please make arrangements accordingly to drive yourself or utilize our shuttle. If you choose to drive to the wedding and need to take the shuttle back to your hotel, cars left overnight must be retrieved by noon on Sunday.

When should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony begins promptly at 5:00 PM. If you are not taking the shuttle, please plan to arrive between 4:30 PM and 4:45 PM.

Why was there a recipe card in my invitation?

Answer

For our wedding guest book, we are collecting the favorite recipes of our friends and loved ones. Please fill out your recipe card and bring it with you to our wedding. If you forget your card, we will have replacements onsite to fill out.

I have dietary restrictions - what should I do?

Answer

When filling out your RSVP, please indicate your dietary restriction in the requisite field. The food at our wedding will be served family-style and we have crafted our menu to provide options for the most frequent dietary restrictions (nut free, vegetarian, gluten free). If a dietary restriction is indicated that is not covered by these buckets, we will ensure a special meal is prepared to accommodate you.
