Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We kindly ask that all guests RSVP by Sunday, August 17th as we will be closing the RSVP after that date. We do have limited seating due to our venue’s capacity, so if we reach the total number of guests we are able to accommodate before August 17th, we will be closing the RSVP early. As a result of the limited capacity, RSVPs will be strict on a first-come first-serve basis, and there is no guarantee that a seat will be available for sudden guests-who did not RSVP-to come. We highly encourage everyone to RSVP for you and your party as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding.

Can I bring a plus-one/children?

Answer

While we would love to celebrate with everyone on our special day, due to limited space and seating, we are unable to accommodate for everyone to have additional guests. Any and all guests or children that are able to attend should be listed on your RSVP. Thank you for your understanding.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

All guests are asked to arrive at the venue starting at 3:15 PM with the last call for guests being seated at 3:50 PM as the ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM. This should give you enough time to find seats and mingle before the ceremony starts!

Is there parking at the property?

Answer

While there is no parking directly on the venue property, all guest parking will be located across the street around the park and next to the City Hall. We will have attendants there to help assist with parking so as to not create backup on the street. Guests will need to walk across the street from the corner of the park to the venue so as to not create any potential traffic incidents. We also ask that guests carpool as much as possible so that there may be enough room for everyone to find parking.

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our wedding ceremony will be occurring outdoors; however the reception will be located indoors with air conditioning. We highly suggest taking into consideration any potential weather when planning your attire.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We ask guests to dress in formal or semi-formal attire in fall earthy tones or neutrals if possible. Guests are kindly asked to please abstain from dressing in white or any form of off-white. If you have any questions on whether an outfit is appropriate, please feel free to send us an email!

Is smoking/vaping allowed on the property?

Answer

No smoking or vaping is allowed inside of The Ravington or outside the back doors as it can set off the fire alarms. Please confine any and all smoking and vaping to the courtyard of the venue where the ceremony will be taking place per the venue's policies. Thank you for your understanding.

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

Alcohol will not be served at the wedding, so we do ask that guests refrain from bringing alcohol onto the premises. We thank you all for your understanding.

Have you reserved room blocks at one or more hotels?

Answer

Unfortunately since most of our guests will be located in the surrounding Oklahoma/Arkansas area, we will not be reserving room blocks at any hotels. However, if you would like any recommendations, please feel free to contact us!

Is it okay to post wedding photos on social media?

Answer
