When should I RSVP by?

By July 25th, 2026.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Ceremony begins at 4:00PM. I suggest arriving by 3:30PM to allow time to walk from the parking lot to the venue.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes. The dress code is formal. Suits and knee or floor length dresses preferred. Please avoid wearing lavenders/light purples and green colors, if possible. IMPORTANT: The walk from the parking lot to the venue is on gravel and grass. The ceremony is in the grass and the reception is on concrete. There will be golf carts available for transportation to the ceremony and up to the reception. Plan your footwear accordingly.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, parking is available at the venue. It is a gravel lot located on the right side of the road. There will be a sign!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

The newlyweds and their families will be hanging out in Hocking Hills throughout the week after the wedding. You are more than welcomed to join us for some hiking, biking, kayaking, fishing (maybe), and any other fun things we find!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Let the Bride or her parents know your allergy and we will try to accommodate.

What happens if it's raining the day of the wedding?

Answer

While we hope for blue August skies, Ohio is also little crazy sometimes. If it rains the day of the wedding, the ceremony will be moved into the Hanger where the reception is held. Communications will go out via. text if things change.
