We can begin checking in after 6pm. Sam and I will arrive early to assign rooms and stock the fridge so everyone can settle in comfortably. As we’ll have one vehicle for ferry pick-ups, so please send us your flight details once you’ve booked so we can plan accordingly. If we don’t receive your information, we’ll assume you’ve arranged your own transportation to the Airbnb.

We’ve planned a few lighthearted icebreaker games to help everyone get to know one another. We’ll wrap up by creating a 2027 bingo card — a fun way to dream a little about the year ahead.

This time is yours. Relax in the main living room, unwind in the secondary lounge, or take a quiet walk around the property and breathe in that crisp evergreen air.

Romantic Optional: Come-As-You-Are! Attire is relaxed but if you've been looking for a reason to dress up, please do.
We’ll gather in the backyard for a quick ceremony run-through (no more than 30 minutes), then transition into a relaxed evening together. Dinner will be ordered to the house, and the rest of the night is all about unwinding, laughing, and easing into the weekend — together. As we share dinner, we’d love for each of you to bring a story to the table: a favorite memory, a recent accomplishment, or a moment that’s made you smile. Nothing formal — just something joyful to share as we begin celebrating.

THE BIG DAY Below is an estimated schedule of the day - 9:00 AM - Breakfast 10:00 AM - Setup. Tasks will be assigned. 12:00 PM - Get ready with me! Bride and Groom will shower first, then everyone will begin getting ready. Champagne and snacks will be provided in the bride's room; whiskey and snacks in the groom's room. 4:30 - 5:00 PM – First look 4:45 PM - Family make their way to ceremony space 5:10 PM – Ceremony begins 5:20 - 6:20 PM – Family photos 6:30 PM - First dances 7:00 PM - Dinner 8:30 PM Dancing continues 10:00 PM Quiet hours begin 11:00 PM Bedtime

As the weekend comes to a close and we begin our journeys home, we just want to say thank you — for being here, for showing up with love, and for sharing this time with us. Before you leave, please help us clean up. If you used a towel, let's start a towel pile on the ground for easy clean up. Did you use a sheet, let's do the same! We want to be sure to - turn off all lights before we leave & lock all the doors behind us.
