Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

We encourage our family and friends to dress up with us! The wedding dress code is Formal or Cocktail Attire which can include a suit and dress shirt with a tie, a mid or floor length formal dress or dressy separates. Please no shorts, jeans, or white/cream/beige colors.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are unable to accommodate additional guests not listed on the invitation. Your invitation will indicate the name(s) of those invited.

Are my children invited?

Answer

This is an adult only ceremony and reception. We appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy a well-deserved night off!

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

Please aim to arrive at least 15-20 minutes prior to the ceremony. The wedding ceremony will begin promptly at 2:00 p.m.

Am I allowed to take photos during the wedding ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will be unplugged. We encourage you to put away electronic devices for the entire duration of the ceremony. Professional photographers will be in attendance and will be sure to capture those picture perfect moments. After the ceremony, feel free to snap away and capture all of the wonderful moments throughout the rest of the celebration!

Is transportation provided?

Answer

Yes. Transportation will be provided from the Hilton Garden Inn Auburn to the venue for the reception. Shuttles from the Hilton Garden Inn will depart at approximately 5:05 p.m., 5:35 p.m., and 6:10 p.m. Additional transportation will be provided at the end of the evening for guests returning to the hotel. Shuttles from the venue with a stop at A.T. Walley for the after-party and return to the Hilton Garden Inn will leave at approximately 10:15 p.m., 10:45 p.m., and 11:15 p.m. Please see the Travel page for additional details regarding the bus schedule and pick-up/drop-off locations.

Question

Is there parking available for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

There is ample parking available at both the Church and the reception venue, Emerson Park Pavilion. Overnight parking is available at the reception venue.
