Jacqueline and Matthew’s story began through mutual friends—also known as Hinge. Their first date was anything but ordinary. Jacqueline convinced Matthew to take her to a Leafs vs. Bruins game, insisting on sitting in premium seats. The evening unfolded effortlessly, a natural connection forming despite Matthew’s enthusiastic cheering in Jacqueline’s face as the Leafs took the lead. The night ended with a hug at her car, leaving Matthew wondering why the evening concluded without a kiss (well done, Jane—you raised a true lady). Though she played it cool, Jacqueline knew early on that Matthew was the one, confidently telling her friends after their second date that she had found her husband. From there, their love story blossomed rapidly. Weekly dates turned into shared milestones: their first apartment, welcoming their beloved Molson, and buying their first home together. It has been a whirlwind romance. Jacqueline and Matthew are filled with joy as they look forward to continuing this new life together, and they cannot wait to celebrate with the people they cherish most.
