Who is invited to the wedding?

Answer

The people written on the save and the date/wedding invitation are the ones invited to the wedding. If you have a plus one it will either have their name written OR say "guest." If your name or "guest" is not on the invitation, then we are unable to have you attend our wedding.

Who is invited to the Rehearsal/Rehearsal Dinner?

Answer

When you RSVPd on this website it may have prompted you to RSVP for the rehearsal or rehearsal dinner, if so- you're invited!

What To Wear to the Rehearsal/Rehearsal Dinner?

Answer

We hope to invite all family members and some out of town friends to the rehearsal dinner. The location is Igby's following the rehearsal at the Playhouse. Dress is cute casual. For example- Jeans and a nice top or sun dress.

What to wear to the wedding?

Answer

We would like the event to be an elegant but comfortable affair. Please consider wearing something with bold colors- blue, green, yellow, pink, and purple. Floral patterns welcome- think elegant summer garden party! Please do not wear white, so that the bride can shine. Both cocktail and full length dresses are welcome. We prefer suits with jackets, blazers, or sport coats. No jeans. Tie optional. Family members will have photos outside (in the probably hot, humid July weather). Ceremony, Reception, and dancing will be inside in the A/C!

What if I have allergies or dietary needs?

Answer

Many types of food will be served in a grazing station style. Please help yourself to any food that you would like to eat. If you have any extreme allergies please contact Matt and Jackie. Children will not have special meals prepared. Please feel free to make a plate for them from the food provided.

Parking?

Answer

The Playhouse in the Park has a free onsite parking lot to use for the Rehearsal on Friday and Wedding/Reception on Saturday. Parking for the Rehearsal Dinner- we recommend paying for parking at the Westin Hotel parking garage, which is within walking distance (2 blocks) from Igby's. There is also paid street parking, the Fountain Square Parking Garage, and other parking garages near by.

Rehearsal Dinner at Igby's- Cash bar Wedding Reception- Partial Open Bar (a selection of Beer, Wine, and a specialty drink available), liquor and other drinks available for Cash Bar.
