We’re getting married!

Matt and I met on a dating website called Bumble, and after our first date at Brick City Southern Kitchen & Whiskey Bar, we realized we had a lot of mutual friends and quickly hit it off. Matt was home from his contracting job in the Virgin Islands, which I found interesting because I too lived in the Virgin Islands. We continued to talk for a month while he was still working in the Islands before Matt decided to come back to work Stateside, and the rest is history! After four years of dating, we celebrated by going on an eight-day cruise. On day five of the cruise, Matt surprised me with a romantic picnic on the beach. As the evening continued, with a special song playing in the background, Matt got down on one knee and asked me to marry him. I said yes, knowing he was my forever.
