Welcome Party

8:00 pm - 10:30 pm

This event is dressy casual. It will take place outdoors and in a barn, so please wear footwear suited for grass.

There will be plenty of wine and beer and a charcuterie selection provided for small bites. We recommend everyone eat dinner before heading to the Welcome Party. Friday, August 22nd 7:30pm - Line up for Shuttle Service to Wedding Venue 7:45pm- First Shuttle departs 8:00pm - Second shuttle departs 8:00-10:30pm - Welcome Party at Heigh Torr Barn and Barn Lawn 10:20pm - Line up for shuttle service to Hampton Inn and Suites 10:35pm - Shuttle Service from Wedding Venue to Hampton Inn and Suites

This event is cocktail attire and above, with garden party vibes. Please note: all events will take place outdoors, so please wear appropriate footwear for grass.

4:00pm - Line up at hotel for shuttle service to the Wedding Venue 4:15pm - Shuttles depart 5:00pm - Wedding Ceremony 5:30pm - Cocktail Hour, Poolside 6:45pm - Reception 9:10pm - Line up for early shuttle to the Hampton Inn & Suites 9:20pm - Early shuttle departs 10:15pm - Line up for Second Shuttle Service 10:30pm - Wedding Ends, Last Shuttle Departs
