Flight

Flight Planning

As guests begin to figure out how long they wish to stay at the Hard Rock, the more people we get to fly in or out on the same day, will allow each of us to get a group discount on flights. Airport transportation also can be arranged with Susan Peavey. Depending on how many people are arriving at the same time, she can coordinate vehicles that will accommodate our guests and make sure that she is getting us the best value for the airport transfers, so please discuss your transfers with Susan and let her know if you want a private transfer or if you are okay with a group transfer.

Jesse & I will be at Hard Rock from April 17th to April 27th. You are invited to stay as long as you like. Please do not worry about interfering with our time as newly weds, come and enjoy a vacation! Some of our friends have even decided to stay the full 10 days!

Travel Note

Paying for Your Room

As soon as you figure out how many nights you wish to stay, you can book your room and begin paying down your trip. Susan will set up a payment plan with you that fits your needs & budgets. Please note: 50% of the total of your room must be paid by 1/12/19. Final payment must be paid by 2/16/19 When looking at the room grid, the top room category is slightly cheaper than the bottom room (you can view both room types on the Hard Rock Punta Cana website). If you are coming solo, you will want to look at the Single column & check out the cost for the amount (length) of nights you would like to stay. If you are rooming with your spouse/friend you will want to look under double and the amount you see is what it will cost per EACH of you, and so on!

Travel Note

Tourist Fee

When entering the Dominican Republic all Tourist are required to pay a $10 fee for a Tourist Card. You can pay this at the airport or prepay it and have it ready before arriving at the airport. If you have it prepaid, you will be ushered to a quicker line for immigrations. And Susan Peavey can assist you with this. Or you can get the card yourself via the link here: https://www.dominican-republic-visa.net/tourist-card
