If you are arriving the night before the festivities begin, we would love to see you! We are planning a welcome drinks event from 8:30-10PM within a 10-20 minute distance of the hotel & Newark Airport. Check back closer to wedding weekend for the exact location!

Wedding Ceremony Followed by Cocktail Hour and Reception

4:30 pm - 10:30 pm

Attire will be cocktail/formal. The ceremony will take place outdoors (weather permitting) on a turf section of grass.

Welcome refreshments will be provided upon arrival to the venue! Guests may begin to arrive at Galloping Hill at 4:30pm to allow for transportation from The Clubhouse to the Ceremony Green via golf cart shuttle. Event Timeline: 5:00 PM Ceremony 5:30-6:30 PM Cocktail Hour 6:30-10:30 PM Reception Meal orders will be taken table side at the reception, no need to choose your entrée now, just indicate any allergies/restriction on your RSVP so we can notify the chef. All entrées at GH are gluten free. Dairy free/veg/vegan needs are easily accommodated! Transportation between the Kenilworth Hotel and Galloping Hill Golf Course will be provided via shuttle as follows: Shuttles leave The Kenilworth Hotel: 4:15 PM 4:30 PM Shuttles Leave Galloping Hill: 10:15 PM 10:45 PM

Hotel Checkout & Hot Breakfast

8:30 am - 11:00 am

For those staying at The Kenilworth Hotel, hot breakfast is provided to all guests from 7-11am. We plan to be at breakfast from 8:30-11 AM to say goodbye before you head home!
