We’re getting married!

On August 14, 2015: Our lives changed f o r e v e r. It all started with a Drake meme on twitter. On August 14, 2015 Jackie was at a wedding when she decided to check twitter (which is very weird because Jackie is never on twitter). While scrolling through her feed she saw a post that read, “Could name a lot of things any other man won’t do for you I’ll do it for you, that’s real” and Erick had posted it. If you know Erick, then you know he’s a huge drake fan and well our entire relationship began with that one post. Jackie replied to the tweet laughing and Erick replied. From then on, the conversation went on all night when Erick sent her a DM that said “You could have my heart or we could share it like the last slice” and from that moment on we talked every single night until we finally met up at Buffalo Wild Wings. Our first date was more like a double date because Jackie’s friend knew Erick and so things wouldn’t be awkward, she came along. However, that made the night even more awkward. Jackie could barely even eat the buffalo wings because of how nervous she was. When she saw Erick it was as if she knew that they were meant to be together. After their BWW date, they decided to go to the movies a few days later, just the two of them and this time the roles were reversed, Erick seemed so nervous! Jackie was listening to Cheerleader by OMI and was singing the song so loud that Erick just smiled at her. Jackie got nervous when she noticed Erick glancing over at her that she just smiled back. In that moment she noticed Erick randomly glancing over at her that she knew he was definitely the one. She never believed in love at first sight but with Erick everything was different, it felt right, it felt as though she had known him her whole life and almost five years later they are now getting married. On February 2, 2019: Jackie’s 25th Birthday Erick proposed and it was the one of the best days of Jackie’s life. Guess that drake meme worked for Erick!  ;)
