If guests cancel their reservation less than 2 weeks prior to their arrival but more than 24 hours in advance, their deposit will not be refunded. If guests cancel their reservation less than 24 hours prior to their arrival, they will be charged in full for their room. There will be a shuttle to and from the venue

We recommend booking in advance ➔ Guests will get a 15% Discount off the current Normal Rate at the time they make the reservation. ➔ Guests who book 2 or less rooms will have within 48 hours of the event to cancel their room if booked through New Hope Inn and Suites phone number or email. ➔ Guests who book 3 or more rooms will be charged at the time of booking and those reservations are charged at the time of booking and are not refundable under any circumstances. ➔ Any booking method that isn’t with our direct number: 215-862-5221 is considered third party and cannot be edited, modified, discounted, and in some cases: not able to be canceled. ➔ The Hotel has an In-House Bar and Restaurant Bar Hours: Fri-Sat 7:00 PM - 2:00 AM In-House Restaurant: Fri-Sat 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM ➔ Each guest is responsible for paying the cost of his or her room. For people booking a room for another guest and will not be there in person to pay they must inform the hotel of their reservation so the hotel can send a Credit Card Authorization form – this involves sending a photocopy of both driver’s license and credit card.
