When should I RSVP by?

Please contact Jann for assistance with travel. the sooner the better! She can book hotel only or hotel and flights.

What dates should I travel?

Answer

That is completely up to you. We are staying from Wednesday July 9, 2025 -Monday July 14, 2025. My only request is that you arrive by Friday July 11, 2025 to ensure attendance to the wedding, in case there are any flight delays.

What do room rates look like?

Answer

We did not set a room block meaning that rates could change frequently. The average price is $250-270 per person/night. Prices vary depending on room types/views and guest per room. Jann can assist with this.

Do I need a passport?

Answer

Yes, my recommendation is to work on this ASAP. Make sure you get the BOOK! It could potentially take >3 months to receive your passport. A new passport cost ~$130/person. Do I need my passport before I book my room?

No you don’t need your passport prior to booking but you will eventually need to give Jann your passport information.

Is there transportation to and from the resort?

Answer

When you book through the travel agent she will set up transportation to & from the airport to the resort.

What if I paid partial or full for the resort but can’t make it afterall?

Answer

No worries, we’re sad you’re unable to make the celebration but we fully understand. If booking through Jann, you paid for insurance and are allowed to use those funds anywhere else that Funjet Vacations travels. (Almost everywhere else)

What is included at the resort?

Answer

ALL food, ALL drinks & entertainment. But you may want to bring smaller bills to tip your servers!
