We do have a hotel block at the Hampton Inn McHenry. Reservations can be made through the hotel website, by calling 1-800-HAMPTON, or calling the hotel directly and requesting the code "HBW". Due to another event the weekend of our wedding, we suggest booking as early as possible in order to ensure you are able to get a room within our hotel block. The final cutoff date for the hotel block is Tuesday, August 29, 2023. Transportation will be provided to/from this hotel.

We have another room block at the Country Inn & Suites in Crystal Lake, IL. To get the discounted rate please call the hotel and ask them to book under the Barreto/Hirschauer wedding. Rooms must be booked by 8/29/2023 in order to get the discounted rate.

Our shuttle will be going back and forth between the venue and the Hampton Inn hotel starting at 2:45, it holds 30 passengers. The last shuttle to the venue from the Hampton Inn hotel will be at 3:30pm. If you miss the shuttle or cannot make that time, you can park at the venue overnight and call your car in to McHenry’s non-emergency number. The shuttle returning to the hotel will start at 10:45pm and go back and forth until 12am. The reception ends at 11, some family and friends will be staying afterwards to gather items so the last shuttle ride will be reserved for them.
