4:00 pm - 9:00 pm

Cocktail hour will directly follow the ceremony, 4-5PM. There will be appetizers and an open bar with beer, wine, hard liquor, and soft drinks. Dinner service will begin around 5:30pm- followed by dancing, desserts, and "just for fun" blackjack and roulette tables! Last call will occur at 8:30pm and venue will close at 9pm. - Dinner is a dual plated service so choose your 2 favorites. We highly recommend the Cheese Ravioli (even for the non-vegetarians!) 1. Osso Bucco style braised boneless short ribs, red wine sauce, citrus gremolata, roasted garlic mashed potatoes, and lemon garlic roasted broccolini 2. Coq au Vin (slow braised bone-in chicken in a rich wine sauce with pearl onions, mushrooms, and baby carrots), Yukon smashed potatoes, and lemon garlic roasted broccolini 3. Cheese ravioli with roasted butternut squash, crispy sage, shaved parmesan, toasted walnuts, balsamic drizzle (vegetarian)
