When are RSVP's due?

The due date for RSVP's is July 28th.

Are you sending out paper invitations?
Answer
No, we are texting or emailing an online RSVP link. If you haven't received it please let us know.

What airports are close by?
Answer
The closes airport is the Cincinnati airport (CVG) but you could also fly into Dayton Airport (DAY).

Do you have a room block?
Answer
Yes, it will be at the brand new Residence Inn in Kenwood. It's about a 10 minute drive from the venue. You can find the link under the Travel Tab.

What is the easiest way to get to and from your wedding venue?
Answer
Either renting a car or getting a rideshare is the best way.

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The wedding will be indoors but if it's nice outside there is a deck we can hang out on to socialize and it's in a park.

What is the weather like in the area?
Answer
End of September it could be hot and humid, rainy, or cool and crisp. Difficult to predict but generally it should be pretty nice out.

Will the wedding be kid friendly?

I'm welcoming everyone to bring their kids but I won't have any special kid activities or special seating for younger children. I'm making sure to have plenty of breadsticks from Olive Garden since everyone loves them!

What type of food will be served at the wedding?
Answer
Cocktail hour will be cheese and fruit boards, dinner will be a make your own pasta buffet with choices of marinara sauce, alfredo sauce, or meat sauce and choice of grilled chicken, meatballs, and italian sausage along with salad and lots of breadsticks! For dessert there will be cake from Fresh Market.

Will there be an open bar?
Answer
The wedding is BYOB so the guests will bring beer or wine and we will have coolers and ice buckets available to put them in upon arrival at the venue. I will make sure to have wine openers and it will be self serve.

Where should we bring/send our wedding gift?
Answer
Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you would like to honor us with a gift, you can have it delivered to our home at 7640 Trailwind Drive, Cincinnati, OH 45242. A wedding card box will be at our venue.

What time should I arrive at your wedding ceremony?
Answer
I recommend arriving at the earliest by 4pm and at the latest 4:45pm, the ceremony will start at 5pm.

What time will your wedding reception end? Is there an after-party?
Answer
I put an end time of 10pm but we have access to the space for several hours passed that. We don't have any plans for an after-party but potentially may do brunch the next day. Will keep you posted.
