What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at five thirty in the evening. Please arrive no later than five twenty, or you will sadly miss out on our ceremony.

Are kids invited?

Answer

We love your little ones! However, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event with the exception of our flower girl and ring bearer. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

Will the wedding take place indoors of outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outside. The reception will take place indoors.

When is the RSVP deadline?

Please kindly RSVP by February 15th!

What should I do if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you cannot attend our wedding please indicate your regrets on our RSVP tab so we can plan accordingly.

Will there be a bar?

Answer

Yes! Beer, wine and non alcoholic beverages are on us!

Can I bring my own adult beverages?

Answer

We will be supplying alcohol and have a bartending service who will be handling the beverages. Due to venue policy, and regulations, you are not allowed to bring any other alcoholic beverages onto the premises.

Is there a hotel block?

Answer

We are working on hotel blocks as we speak. Please check out the travel tab at the top of the this website for discounted rates at nearby hotels. Be sure to book using the link provided to get our room block discount code when it is available.

Does the venue have parking?

Answer

Yes! When you enter into the winery you are able to park on the gravel area on the left when you enter. **Note: Parking near the venue my be limited. Please account for this if you are staying outside of the Stafford area. If staying at the hotel there should be a shuttle that will take you to and from the hotel to the venue. ??????????????????FINISH??????

Can I take pictures?

Answer

We are having an "unplugged ceremony" (no phones or cameras). The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say "I do". We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us, and we promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos or videos as you'd like!
