When should I RSVP by?

Answer

To give our guests and those helping us plan the best possible experience, we kindly ask that you RSVP by September 1, 2025.

Where should I book my hotel and for how many nights?

Answer

Our recommended hotel is the Watkins Glen Harbor Hotel as this is where the ceremony and reception will take place. There are other accommodation details listed in the travel section of this website should you choose. We will have welcome drinks open to all guests on Friday October 17th and the ceremony + reception will take place on Saturday October 18th.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We would love for you to join us in semi-formal to formal attire. For men this means suits, dinner jacket, formal suit etc. And for women this means cocktail dresses, dressy pant suits, floor length dresses etc. Whatever you choose, we can't wait to see you all dressed up!

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Weather permitting, the ceremony will be outdoors. The cocktail hour will take place indoors with access to the patio and the reception will be in the ballroom.

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

While we love your kids, we have decided to limit our ceremony and reception to adults only.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

With the ceremony and reception taking place onsite, transportation will not be provided. We hope that most of our guests chose to stay onsite with us at the Watkins Glen Harbor Hotel.

What color are the bridesmaids wearing?

Answer

The bridesmaids' dresses follow an earthy autumn color palette - think desert rose, terracotta, copper, etc.
