Margot Dayton

Maid of Honor

I met Sarah 9 years ago when I became her “Big Sister” in our sorority and the rest is history! From overnight car rides home from college, to birthday vacations and transcontinental flights, and of course, the occasional Viking funeral for a hamster…we’ve been through thick and thin together no matter the distance (although I’m still rooting for them to come back to the East Coast). Also, Michael makes a pretty good whisky sour!

Tyler Swett

Best Man

Forced to sit in the only remaining seat in our freshman year programming class, a young and preppy Michael Lynch was nervous about  being next to the edgy weirdo with a Mohawk and stretched ears (me). However, through classroom projects, trust built and milk spilt, degree changes and emotional exchanges, graduation and contemplation, cross-country moves and finding our grooves, games on screen and quarantine, a decade long friendship was formed. In this photo, as Mike and I were admiring the sheer beauty of the California coast, a passing by old woman mistook us as being twins. While the statement was insane to both of us, I think it’s a perfect analogy for our friendship - a true brotherhood. Michael is family to me and I’m absolutely ecstatic that soon the woman who brings out the best in Michael will be joining that family as well. Can’t wait to be a part of all the adventures that the future has to hold.

Bridesmaid

I met Sarah and Michael a little over 3 years ago on a trip to Seaside, Oregon. One of our friends kept saying that we had to meet because we both love wine and dogs - sure enough we became quick friends and have been close ever since. Over the past 3 years I’ve become close with not only Sarah, but Michael as well and have watched their love and partnership grow. I can’t wait to stand beside them on their special day ❤️

Groomsman

I first met Michael through my wife Rachel (back when we were dating) in 2015. Rachel met him at RIT and thought I would get along with him well!

Megan Fiore

Bridesmaid

I met Sarah and Michael one warm summer night back in 2020, where Michael and I bonded over our mutual love of Trader Joes, and Sarah and I got to know each other over a glass of chilled wine in the kitchen. Since then, we’ve made so many amazing memories together, from doggy play dates, to Sunday morning strolls, to trips all over the country and beyond. I cannot wait to watch them tie the knot!

Ryan Mason

Groomsman

I knew I could be friends with Michael when we were both wearing our bright shorts to class on the first day of freshman year of college. I clearly was right, because 10 years later, he's one of my closest friends. Times may have changed from crazy adventures in college to gaming online from across the country, but our friendship hasn't. I'm so excited to stand by Mike's side as he and Sarah start the next chapter of their lives together!

Bridesman

As Sarah's cousin I have known her all my life and grew closer with her when we attended RIT. Some of my favorite memories with Sarah are watercraft-related. Whether we’re cruising around Seattle (private boat or booze cruise), off the Santorini coast dancing with baby boomers, or kayaking in PA, we always bring the party.

Groomswoman

Michael and I have known one another since we were wee children and my grandma would take care of us. Together with my sister Gianna and cousin Joey, we were a tiny crew capable of enormous shenanigans. We were menaces to society in every online game we played together and every Wawa we haunted during Hoagiefest. As we got older, we have always tried to be there for each other despite all the crazy adventures we have both gone on. Michael has always been a really encouraging and supportive presence in my life. When Michael met Sarah, I still remember how excited he was when he called me to tell me about it!! It is so incredible to see the relationship between them bloom and flourish!! Congratulations to both of you!!

Kelsey Heiss

Bridesmaid

I’m Sarah’s older cousin, so I’ve known her since before she was taller than me. And I met Michael on a visit out to Seattle 4 years ago, when he was already taller than me. Michael is quoted as saying my wedding was the most fun he’d ever been to, so I can’t wait to celebrate these two and have their wedding take the top slot!

Brody Kutt

Groomsman

(Brody, Tyler, Michael) About 10 years ago I met Mike on our very first day of college and ever since then he has been among the best friends I've ever had. We've both grown immensely as people this past decade but thankfully never grew apart. We share lots of similarities but I like to think the symbiosis of our friendship is rooted in our differences. I am filled with gratitude for the opportunity to continue growing alongside Mike and his wonderful fiancé for what I earnestly hope to be the remainder of our lives.
