This one time at 4H camp, Alissa encountered a cougar. We tried to find a young stallion to rope her in. She eluded his advances. Moral of the story; keep a close eye on your young children.
We live in one of the most beautiful parts of the state. With this beauty comes a sense of danger and excitement. Though the cougar that Alissa saw was not of the human kind, There are potential opportunities to see or run into wildlife. Please use this as cautionary measure, and simply keep your distance and a close watch on your children, and those around you. Deer get hungry too, and have been known to run off with husbands.
