On a roadtrip to South Carolina to meet Rea's sisters, Jake had secretly planned to propose in Tennessee. Jake told his mom when he was young that he wanted to propose to his future wife with a fabergé egg and mailed it ahead of time to the photographer to be there for proposal day. At about 3 in the afternoon, Jake and Rea hiked a mile to Fall Creek Falls. When they reached the bottom, right next to the waterfall, Jake pointed out the egg hidden between some of the rocks. Then when Rea reached to grab it, she turned around and saw Jake bent on one knee asking, "Rea Summer Steyne, will you marry me?" And Rea couldn't contain her excitement and immediately said, "YES!" They've both never felt more sure of anything, they'd found their soulmate! And that's our proposal story, just the start of our forever!
