Transportation Information
We have room blocks in three hotels located in Downtown Richmond, and one by Richmond International Airport. Transportation to & from the venue will be provided for all hotels offered below. Bus pick up & drop off times/locations: Quirk Hotel Pick-up time from the hotel is at 3:45 pm. Buses will pick you up outside of the lobby at the Quirk Hotel. Bus departure from the wedding venue is at 9:00 pm & 10:00 pm. Richmond Marriott Pick-up time from the hotel is at 3:45 pm. Buses will pick you up outside of the lobby at the Richmond Marriott Hotel. Bus departure from the wedding venue is at 9:00 pm & 10:00 pm. Hilton Richmond Downtown IMPORTANT NOTE: guests staying in the Hilton Richmond Downtown must walk across the street to the Richmond Marriott hotel for bus service to and from the venue. Pick-up time from the Marriott hotel is at 3:45 pm. Buses will pick you up outside of the lobby of the Richmond Marriott Hotel (directly across the street from the Hilton hotel). Bus departure from the wedding venue is at 9:00 pm & 10:00 pm. Doubletree by Hilton Richmond Airport Pick-up time from the hotel is at 3:45 pm. Buses will pick you up outside of the lobby at the Doubletree by Hilton Richmond Airport. Bus departure from the wedding venue is at 9:00 pm & 10:00 pm.

$279/night. Requires a two-night minimum for weekend blocks (this only applies to the Quirk Hotel) Valet parking at $30 per vehicle/night with unlimited in out privileges. Must have rooms reserved by 2/1/24 for discount to apply. This is the hotel Ally & Rob will be staying in. The more the merrier! To reserve, click "View."
