Where are the ceremony & the reception taking place?

Answer

They will both take place at Oakbourne Mansion!

Question

Will the ceremony & reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Ceremony and reception will be outdoors, but tented.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend that you arrive 30 minutes before the start of the ceremony to make sure everyone is on time & we can get the party started as scheduled!

Question

Will there be any vegan/vegetarian/gluten free/special diet options?

Answer

We will be offering vegetarian options at the cocktail hour and dinner.

What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Answer

Cocktail Attire: Wear cocktail dresses, LBDs, dressy jumpsuits, and slacks.

Do you have a hotel block for guests? Where do you recommend I stay?

Answer

We recommend the Sheraton Great Valley Hotel because it has a discounted rate and pet friendly. However, the Hotel Warner and Holiday Inn are the closest hotels to the Oakbourne Mansion. There is more information about the hotels in the travel section of this website.

Will we need to socially distance?

Answer

We are encouraging all of our guests to socially distance.

Will we need to wear a mask?

Answer

Yes, all guests are required to wear a mask. If you do not have a mask one will be provided. Those who refuse to wear a mask will be asked to leave.

What about seating arrangements? ​

Answer

Seating during the reception will be spaced out to allow for social distancing. Seating will be assigned to only 8 people per table.

What about sanitization? ​

Answer

Hand sanitizers will be located throughout the venue and bathrooms are located inside the building.
