We’ll be covering one night at The Ray Hotel for all traveling guests on the night of our wedding: April 4–5, 2026.

If you’re not checking in the night before (April 3), we recommend arriving at the hotel ready for the wedding day, and leaving your luggage at reception. The ceremony starts at 1:00 PM, and hotel check-in is at 4:00 PM (earlier if your room is ready). During the reception, you’ll be able to pick up your room key, and the hotel will bring your luggage to your room.

Use the link below to book your stay for April 4 and any extra nights. A credit card is required to hold your reservation, but you won’t be charged until checkout. At checkout, you’ll only be billed for any nights beyond April 4 and incidental charges. The discounted rate is available for up to two days before and after the wedding if you’d like to extend your stay!
