What time and date is the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony begins at 4:45 p.m. on Saturday Dec. 14th, 2019.

Are all the events at the same venue?

Answer

Yes! Everything will be held on the grounds of Grace Gardens.

Will there be free parking?

Answer

Yes! Grace Gardens has it's own parking lot where the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception will all be held.

Will there be a coat check- in?

Answer

Yes! Upon entering the White Peak Tent for the reception.

Open bar hours?

Answer

Beer and wine will be served during cocktail hour and on 5:15 p.m.- 11:30 p.m. Liquor will be served from 6:15 p.m.-11:30 p.m. *Drinks will stop being served 30 minutes before conclusion of reception*

Can I bring my own alcohol?

Answer

Yes & no. You may not bring your own beer or wine but you may bring your own liquor. However, it must be held at the bar and cannot be on your table.

If I am unable to attend the ceremony & reception dinner, may I still attend the dance?

Answer

Yes! Please mark yourself as you will not be attending on your RSVP (for dinner quantity purposes) but please contact me, Vianni at paquianvianni@gmail.com, to let me know you will still attend part of the reception. Better late than never, I always say!
