Question

Where should we park for the ceremony and the reception?

Answer

Currently, there will be parking lot and street parking provided at Sacred Heart Catholic Church for the ceremony. However, there will be limited parking available at the Scottish Rite Cathedral for the reception! We will be providing a complimentary shuttle service to the ceremony, the reception, and both hotels throughout the day for your convenience.

I have certain dietary restrictions. How can I convey those?

Answer

That's totally understandable. Our caterer has experience meeting those requirements and we have tried to provide a meal that can meet a variety of restrictions. Please add a comment to your RSVP to tell us about them. We will share this information with the caterers and make sure you get a meal that works for you.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend arriving at least 20 minutes in advance (1:40pm) of the start of the ceremony to ensure everyone is seated before the processions.

In the spirit of the day, we invite you to wear semi-formal attire for the evening!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes! This day is about sharing the celebration with our loved ones both big and small. We just ask that you provide an accurate number of people in your family who are attending so our caterer's can be prepared. We will be providing some activities and kid friendly meal options at our reception especially for them!
