Jake and Stephanie first met with mutual friends at Acapulco Mexican Restaurant back in 2008. They were introduced and hit it off right from the start. Stephanie immediately fell for his gorgeous blue eyes, lifted Chevy Blazer that he drove around with pride, and knew that he was "the one". They spent their time driving around in Jake's Blazer as he sang country songs to Stephanie, going four wheeling and snowmobiling, and hung out with friends. Unfortunately over time, Stephanie and Jake decided that it wasn't working and decided to call it quits. Flash forward to 2015; Stephanie received a text from a random number and it turned out to be Jake. After a few weeks of texting back and forth, Stephanie finally agreed to let Jake take her out. Their first date, was celebrating Kyle's birthday in downtown Minneapolis, where they danced the night away! They began hanging out more and more; taking trips to the cabin, going to Cirque du Soleil shows, and enjoying time spent with their friends. A few weeks passed and they once again became in separable and the rest is history.

Hello all, No one is blind to the current pandemic happening with the novel COVID-19 virus and as time moves closer to our date we realize this could truly impact our wedding day. Please check back here periodically for updates regarding our plans moving forward. As we write to you on May 23, 2020 we plan on moving full ahead with our wedding plans. Our venue and vendors have made it clear that unless things drastically change, we are keeping our wedding day as it was originally planned. With that being said, things may change and we may have to downsize our guest list or cancel the big party all together, which will be a difficult thing to do. As we are 4 months away, we will continue to update everyone with the status and plan of our wedding day as things may change. We will not put pressure on anyone to join us on our special day and we will understand if you have to decline the invitation, though you will be missed! If we are unable to have our "big wedding" Jake and I have made the decision to still be married on September 12, 2020 as we are eager to begin our lives together as a married couple.
